Three sessions
In Session 2, The Light, you discover the basic nurturing force in your life towards freedom and vitality.
-- You evoke and embody the Nurturer that is presently guiding you towards your life fulfillment
-- You discover the Magic Implement that your Nurturer offers in this time of your life
-- You perform this Nurturer presenting its gift
In Session 3, the Dark, you discover the basic force of Self-sabotage in your life towards deadness and death
-- You observe this Saboteur by uncovering its strategies presently at work in your life
-- You evoke, embody and perform this Saboteur boasting about its agenda
Through this process you witness yourself living moment to moment between the forces of Light and Dark and completely responsible for your own well being.
You are also prepared to continue into the two great Journeys of ORIGINS.
The Dark and Light Workshop is an introduction to and preparation for all the archetypal psychodrama basic to the way we create myth in ORIGINS.
In session One, The Witness, you learn
-- the Ritual of the Suns, which is the underlying basis of all ORIGINS work,
-- the Witness, the non-judgmental basis of consciousness
-- the Trick of play, let go and surrender, by which you free yourself to take space. This is the basic performing technique by which all Archetypal characters are evoked from the body.
